I think I have always been a people person. I love connecting with others. I love seeing the work of others. I love being with others.
Humans are the greatest. We are God’s gifts to each other.
I am so grateful that God also gave us creativity. Creativity mixed with humanity can produce almost unimaginable results. Photography, videography, music, dancing: it’s all creativity. And it’s art. And it’s fueled by passion.
I am desperately thankful that God gave each person different talents. Because of this, we can enjoy the work of others in a way that is different than if we were all the same.
What is also amazing is that when we have similar interests, we can see art in another beautiful way.
Both ways are enchanting and captivating. Let me explain further, so as not to inspire too much confusion.
Imagine being a painter. You look at a painting. You see it so much differently than if you were not a painter. Because you know what it took to make that painting. You know about finding the right brush; you know what it takes to find the right shade of a color to paint with. You know what it took to create that masterpiece.
Now imagine being a musician, instead of a painter. You look at that same painting and see it with such different eyes than if you were a painter. But it’s still beautiful. The raw admiration that you see the painting with, it’s still beautiful.
Whether we have interests similar to others or we don’t, it is still beautiful. And God made it that way. He designed it that way. He gave us art and literature and a big THANK YOU to Jesus because it makes life all the more fascinating and lovely.
